A big part of my content program at ACB is turning the most intimidating parts of debt collection, federal regulations, consumer-protection law, brand-new statutes, into guides our clients will actually read. I research the source material, write it in plain language, and design the finished piece. Each guide is aimed at a different segment of our clientele.

This is the heart of the job: take an expert’s dense subject and make it clear and useful for the people who need it. Same skill, whether the subject is a science exhibit or a CFPB report.
